Ingredients
1 cup of Water
50 g Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp. of Salt
1 tbsp. of Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp. of Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 cup of All Purpose Flour /Plain Flour
4 Eggs (60-65g each)
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
1. Add the water, butter, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil into the saucepan, bring to a boil. then low the heat down add the flour, stirring until the mixture turns into a ball, cook for about 1 minute.
2.Bring the dough into the bowl then add one eg at the time and mixing well until egg and the dough are combined
3.Spoon the dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
4.Hold up the piping bag and pipe 6-7 inch of the dough into hot oil. Cook them until golden brown on each side
5.Drain the Churros on paper towels to remove excess oil and Serve with coffee, hot chocolate or chocolate dipping sauce
